2025 Usage Guidelines Official Trademark of Martone™

NOTICE FROM LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OF MARTONE INC.

This statement establishes the official 2025 guidelines regarding the use, licensing, and protections associated with the intellectual property, image, and brand identity of Martone — the artist, author, entrepreneur, and founder of Style by Martone™.

The following protections apply to all representations of Martone in public, private, media, and digital spaces.

The above properties are protected under the following state and federal laws:

  • Right of Publicity – Legal safeguard of name, likeness, and persona from unauthorized commercial use

  • Trademark & Service Mark Law – Exclusive rights to brand identifiers such as Martone™ and Style by Martone™

  • State and Federal Harassment/Cyberstalking Laws – Protection against sustained defamation or targeted harassment


🚫 What Is Not Permitted

Unauthorized use — whether for commercial gain, malicious commentary, or exploitative satire — is strictly prohibited and may constitute one or more of the following violations:

  • False designation of origin or identity misrepresentation

  • Unauthorized parody or satire that implies endorsement or participation

  • Public defamation, character assassination, or harassment

  • Exploitation of Martone’s image or works for unapproved monetization

  • Use of Martone’s image in reaction videos or thumbnails without license

  • Edited or altered depictions intended to ridicule or defame

This applies to video content, digital media, podcast segments, print publications, and derivative artwork.

IMPORTANT: Even if Martone is not named directly, content that includes his image, likeness, or voice — or is clearly understood to be about him — may still constitute a legal violation.

All violations are recorded via screenshots, full-length downloads, and third-party timestamping tools and may be subject to retroactive legal action, regardless of whether content is deleted after publication.
