I hope this message finds you well. It’s been a while since we last connected, and I wanted to share some important updates with you.
Recently, my contract with my distributor ended, resulting in the removal of my entire music catalog, except for 10 songs that were licensed for compilations. I’ve requested those remaining tracks be removed as well, as I believe it’s important for my music to be fully associated with my name, avoiding any confusion with other artists who share my given name.
If you’ve purchased my music in the past, rest assured you’ll still have access to it.
I’m excited to announce that I’ve signed with a new distributor. Once the old distributor finalizes the removal of the licensed material, the migration to the new platform will begin. This process will take a few weeks, but the re-released material will feature new artwork with my face prominently displayed.
In addition to the re-releases, I’ve just finished writing new music for an upcoming project. I’m thrilled to be collaborating with Michael E. Williams, II of Platinum Keyz Recordings and Marvin DJ Extreme Detroit Hairston on these new tracks.
March 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of my album, The Evolution of Martone (#TEOM). To celebrate, I’m planning a special anniversary album with some exciting surprises. Keep an eye out for more details!
There are a few other things in the works that I can’t share just yet, but once everything is confirmed, you’ll be the first to know through my website and social media.
